Return Policy
We're happy to provide full reimbursement on products that are returned to us unused, in the state you received them, and which include all of the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Just send emails to our support team to inform us your return request with your original order number, a customer support will help you go through the return process and confirm the return information with you.
  • Products must be received at the return center within 50 days of the purchase date for a refund. A trackable tracking code of the returned package should be provided to gurantee the successful delivery of the returned packge. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. The shipping fee of the return will also be deducted from the refund total if the return label is provided by Glass Dip Pen.
  • Items must be in brand new condition, unopened and have their original barcode sticker, original packaging, etc (if applicable) to qualify for a refund.
  • All returned package will be reviewed by our team in return center to determine if the item is in new, unopened, unused condition.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method once the product is deemed in new condition.
  • Glass Dip Pen reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been used, opened, or in question.

 

Defective Products
If you need to return a product because the item is damaged or defective, we’ll also take care of you! Please contact our support team to provide the order ID number and detailed information regarding the damaged or defective product (sometimes you may need to provide images of defective products) and we'll be happy to resolve the issue with replacement or refund.

Free Items

We are not able to refund or replace free items. Returns that include a free item (i.e. gift with purchase) may not be eligible for full reimbursement. Feel free to reach out to us for details on your specific situation.

 

Return & Refund Processing Time:
Returns are processed once a week by the warehouse so please allow 7 to 10 days after the return is received for it to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
Once the refund is processed, an email notification will be sent to your email address on account. The refund may take 3-7 business days to process through depending on the original payment method.
